At Modterra Home, we believe shipping should be simple and stress-free. To make your shopping experience easier, we proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
Where We Ship
Modterra Home ships to residential and commercial addresses within the contiguous United States (48 states).
At this time, we do not ship to:
- Alaska or Hawaii
- U.S. territories
- International destinations
- P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
All orders ship from U.S.-based fulfillment warehouses.
Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping is included on all orders.
- No minimum purchase required
- No surprise fees at checkout
- Shipping costs are already included in product pricing
Final order totals are always displayed clearly at checkout before purchase.
Order Processing Time
- Most in-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days
- Processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays
- If an item requires additional handling time, this will be noted on the product page when applicable
Processing time refers to the period before an order leaves the fulfillment warehouse and is separate from transit time.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, delivery timeframes vary based on destination and carrier capacity.

Large or Oversized Items
Some lighting fixtures — including chandeliers, oversized pendants, or multi-box shipments — may require special handling due to size and weight.
- Freight deliveries are typically curbside unless otherwise stated
- Delivery appointments may be required for certain items
- Additional services such as room-of-choice or white-glove delivery are not included unless clearly specified on the product page
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship from different fulfillment locations.
- You may receive multiple tracking numbers
- Items may arrive on different delivery dates
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear
- Please monitor delivery status using the carrier’s tracking link
- If an order is marked “delivered” but not received, please check with household members or neighbors before contacting support
Delivery Notes
- Carriers may leave packages at their discretion
- Modterra Home is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout
Delayed or Missing Shipments
- Carrier delays may occur during high-volume periods
- If tracking appears stalled, our support team will assist with investigation
- If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, a replacement or refund will be arranged when appropriate
